Quality Manager

• Quality management of a team of 15 people in order to set up and develop analysis methods to prevent quality defects: Resins, polyurethane foams, laminates, gel-coats, varnishes.

• Responsible for the development of new plastic materials, composites, and adapted resin products to improve quality and reduce costs.

• Responsible for the control laboratory, testing methodologies, drafting of specifications and control procedures for contractual specifications of purchased products.

• Qualification of welds and training of operators for load bearing frames.

• Implementation of procedures and appropriate organization to obtain the ISO 9002 standard for 2 industrial sites.

• Quality assurance for the transfer of the CARGOFRIGO product to the Vannes plant, a project developed in collaboration with Andersen Consulting.
