Combustion engines (diesel and gas) and Common Rail System.

Responsible for the Quality Management of suppliers

• Management of development projects for quality planning of parts purchases;

• Supporting the determination of quality aspects prior to series production for the following departments: project management, testing, construction and purchasing.

• Carrying out audits (product and process) at suppliers to capture the quality of components.

• Support of the assembly activities during the start-up phases of new product generations from a quality point of view.

• Implementation of measures in agreement with the production departments and suppliers.

• Support to the teams in charge of the control of the reception of the parts during the initial examinations as well as in case of complaints.

Activities related to the different "Common Rail System" projects:

• Coordination of the "Common Rail System" project quality for purchased parts.

For the "Strategic Purchasing CRS" department:

• Coordination of quality management plans for development components for CRS.

• Compliance with Q-Gates (Quality Gates.

• Follow-up of the 8D (Reports and action plans before and after SOP - (Start Of Production)

• Support and validation of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) sampling.

• Quality assurance during the development phase as well as during serial production.

• Participation in project discussions and early detection of potential problems.

• Support in series production and interface with suppliers (internal quality assurance)

• Interface between purchasing and supplier.
