Quality Manager

• Management of a team of 20 people and assisted by 2 sector managers (quality of incoming inspection, internal and customers) in relation with the Technical Manager.

• Internal and product-process quality: Management of production quality (8D and six sigma reports), statistics, and technical expertise, audits, management and follow-up of customer complaints.

• Measurements/Laboratory: Control of product reception, technical/metallurgical references and heat treatments. Verification of dimensions and gauges, definition and management of control and measurement activities, development of new control processes (ultrasound).

• Quality assurance: Improvement and adaptation of the quality system to the ISO TS 16949 standard and monitoring of quality management reports and indicators.
