• ISO 9001, VDA6, QS 9000 - responsibility for these audits in front of customers and accreditation bodies.

• Audit and follow-up of safety parts on power steering valves

• Visit of suppliers to improve quality and costs,

• Transfer of machining activities to suppliers.

• Qualification of prototype parts from all suppliers in Europe.

• Setting up and accrediting new suppliers in an international sourcing team and engineering meetings.

• Follow-up of quality issues of suppliers and ZF Schwabisch-Gmünd for part design.

• Responsible for new product and process introduction and validation.

• Performed audits (product and process) at machining suppliers for component quality validation and safety part monitoring.
