  • Development of a new generation of plastic clutching hydraulic controls to replace the old generation in cast aluminum for the Mondovi plant (Italy).

  • Use of ultrasonic technology to weld the parts and innovative technologies such as impact extrusion and qualification.

  • Development in partnership with a supplier of a new generation of electrical contacts, including product and process quality assurance.

  • Follow-up of a thesis on electrical contacts with the university.

  • Follow-up of a research contract wit partner (materials in the field of switching).

  • Quality management of a team of 15 people in order to set up and develop analysis methods to prevent quality defects: Resins, polyurethane foams, laminates, gel-coats, varnishes.

  • Responsible for the development of new plastic materials, composites, and adapted resin products to improve quality and reduce costs.

  • Responsible for the control laboratory, testing methodologies, drafting of specifications and control procedures for contractual specifications of purchased products.

  • Processing of contracts, estimates and investments applied to the implementation of materials: resin molding, injection of special materials.
