Combustion motors (diesel and gas) - Common Rail System for Off Road.

Supplier quality manager for machined, forged, cast iron and cast aluminum parts.

 

  • Development project management for quality planning of machined parts purchases for engines and common rail (pressures above 2000 bars).

  • Subcontracting and supplier qualification for very high precision parts in the common rail field (micron precision).

  • Support in determining the quality aspects of castings, forgings and machined parts before the start of production for the project management, testing, construction and purchasing departments.

  • Conducting audits (product and process) at machining suppliers for component quality validation.

  • Implementing measures to improve machining processes in agreement with the production departments and suppliers.

  • Supporting the teams responsible for verifying the acceptance of machined parts during initial reviews as well as in case of complaints.

  • Coordination of quality management plans for machined components during development for the CRS business.

  • Support and validation of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) samples for machining activities.

  • Qualification and support for the development of a new, more efficient machining equipment.

  • Management of a team up to 20 people and 4 production lines. (Machining, lapping, induction heat treatment, finishing) in relation with the Technical Manager.

  • Internal and product-process quality : Production quality management (8D and six sigma reports), statistics and technical expertise, audits, management and follow-up of customer complaints on machined parts

  • Measurements/Laboratory: Incoming inspection, technical/metallurgical references and heat treatments.

Graphite machined for nuclear activities.

 

  • Follow-up and quality control of manufactured products at the different stages of production with management and coordination of a team of 12 people, introduction of SPC in production for the machining processes of baked productsand graphite materials.

  • Responsible for technical relations and quality assurance with customers in the field of special products for graphite-gas nuclear reactors (COGEMA, BNFL customers) and management of inspection committees for delivered machined parts.
